Refund Policy

VitalLink Diagnostics requires full payment at the time of booking in order to reserve an appointment.
Because our services involve scheduled mobile travel and laboratory processing, refunds are limited as outlined below.
Payment at Booking
Full payment secures your appointment date and time. Once an appointment is confirmed, time and resources are reserved specifically for your case.
No Refunds After Specimen Collection
Once a specimen has been collected and submitted to the laboratory for processing, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
Laboratory processing fees cannot be reversed once testing has begun.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
Travel Fees
Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has commenced.
Administrative Review
If an error occurs due to administrative oversight prior to specimen submission, VitalLink Diagnostics will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
